We will refund consumers who have purchased and have been testing our ASICS footwear for a minimum of 30, and up to a maximum of 60 days. Consumers who are not 100% satisfied with their choice during this period will be eligible for a refund on their purchase.

To be eligible for the ASICS's 60 days Money Back Guarantee, consumers must have bought ASICS footwear between 1st September and 31st October. From there they can register their dissatisfaction and be refunded via our ASICS 60 days Money Back Guarantee website. Consumers only need to tell ASICS – in more than 15 words - why they did not like the product. The money will be then refunded into the consumer’s bank account.

NORWEGIAN CONSUMERS ONLY: Participants from Norway will receive their refund via a prepaid MasterCard in the amount of their spend as well as a refund for postage costs of 140 NOK.

The ASICS 60 days Money Back Guarantee claim form will be available on this website from 1st October 2017.

If you bought the product via an ASICS official retailer, and if you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, please complete the claim form on this website with your correct personal details (after minimum of 30 days and up to a maximum of 60 days after your purchase).

If you bought the ASICS product via ASICS official store or via ASICS official website, and you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, please return it in an ASICS store or follow the return process on the ASICS website (www.asics.com).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 60 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ASICS CAMPAIGN

This terms and conditions only apply for official ASICS products bought within the ASICS official distribution network. For purchases made from any ASICS Official Store and ASICS Official Online store specific terms & conditions will apply.


  1. This promotion is valid for purchase made between 1st September and 31st October, 2017.
  2. This promotion is designed to test ASICS Footwear. If your product has not been tested or used the return will be rejected.
  3. This promotion entitles the purchaser to return their ASICS footwear after a minimum of 30 days since purchase, and up to and including a maximum of 60 days from the original purchase date using the returns procedure.
  4. ASICS will refund the full purchase price of the ASICS footwear within the promotion period. ASICS will only refund if the correct returns procedure and terms and conditions are adhered to.
  5. Once the item is received and the claim verified, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. This entire claims procedure can take up to one month from the point a claim has been made. Refund times are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier´s bank holidays.
  6. Only returns made using the prepaid return label provided will be accepted. ASICS will not refund any other shipping costs.
  7. This offer is only available for ASICS footwear. Any ASICS Tiger brand footwear, Onitsuka Tiger brand footwear and all apparel and accessories are excluded from this offer.
  8. To be eligible for this offer, the ASICS footwear must be purchased for your own, personal use, and any wear and tear must be consistent with reasonable and typical use for such product. We reserve the right to refuse any claim that we consider not fulfilling these conditions.
  9. The offer is only valid for one item per participant for the duration of this promotion. Multiple claims will not be accepted. ASICS reserves the right to refuse any claim that ASICS considers to not fulfill these conditions.
  10. Participants need to be 18 years or older.
  11. The upload of a valid purchase receipt, which displays the purchase amount and the date of purchase, is required prior to a claim being made. Any other transaction information i.e. Bank statement or credit card statement will not be accepted as a valid proof of purchase.
  12. ASICS reserves the right to refuse any return, and shall not give any compensation or refund in accordance with this offer for products that are returned which do not comply with these conditions.
  13. For any claim that is refused, the shoes will be returned to the sender at the sender´s request. ASICS is not responsible for the cost of this return.
  14. ASICS reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw this promotion at any time.
  15. This offer does not affect your statutory rights or rights of return as set out on your purchase invoice and/or the ASICS Terms and Conditions.
  16. The 60 day money back guarantee is a benefit that is offered in addition to your existing guarantee and European Consumer Law rights. This promotion does not affect these existing legal rights which continue to apply during and after the course of this promotion.
